By accessing or using FlameOn, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use FlameOn on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Service Use
You may use FlameOn to collect, view, and analyze profiling data for systems you are authorized to monitor. You are responsible for the security of your credentials, user API keys, application API keys, and any data you send to the service.
Customer Data
You retain ownership of the profiling data, traces, metadata, and related content you submit to FlameOn. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that data only as needed to operate and improve the service.
Acceptable Conduct
You may not use FlameOn to violate the law, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe other customers' systems, or submit malicious code, abusive traffic, or unauthorized data.
Availability and Changes
FlameOn may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain availability, but the service is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued access presents a security, legal, or operational risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimer and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlameOn is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.
